About

About StageJury

StageJury is a small, independent site about free Android puzzles on one subject: current, light and charge. Wires, beams, circuits, plugs and the things at either end of them. It is written, edited, built and maintained by one person — Angus Fraser, in New South Wales, Australia.

What the site actually is

Seven games, each with a full review of between four hundred and nine hundred words, a comparison table covering all of them on the same terms, and a page explaining how the scores are arrived at. That is the entire site.

Every review is written after playing the game on a phone, in the conditions phones get used in. That is a narrower test than a full review site would apply, and it is stated openly rather than dressed up as comprehensiveness.

Why it is this small

Because the subject is narrow on purpose. A site that covered every puzzle on Google Play would be a list; a site that covers one idea can afford to say something specific about each entry.

Seven is roughly how many games about current and light are worth a full review at any one time. When one stops being worth it, it comes off the site rather than staying to keep a number up.

What it deliberately is not

There is no newsletter, no account system, no comment section and no form of any kind on this site. Nothing here collects data from you, because there is nothing to collect it with.

There is also no advertising and no sponsorship. No developer has seen a review before publication and none has been asked to.

How it is put together

The site is static: plain HTML, two stylesheets, one small script, and fonts served from the same domain. There are no third-party scripts, no analytics and no advertising, which is why it loads quickly and why the privacy notice is shorter than most.

Factual details about each game — developer, rating, rating count, content rating and last update date — come from the Google Play listing on the Australian storefront and were checked on 10 September 2026. The editorial judgements are mine and are not checked by anybody.

Corrections

Play listings change, ratings drift and games get updated. If something here is factually wrong, an e-mail is the fastest way to fix it, and corrections are made without ceremony. The contact page has the address.
